When packaging and transporting SMD components, in addition to selecting the appropriate embossed carrier tape, pairing it with high-strength, high-impact, and anti-static plastic reels is one of the key factors in determining whether the final component packaging is complete. Our HIPS (High-Impact Polystyrene) series plastic reels provide the best protection for SMD components. We also offer PC, alloy, and ABS plastic reel series designed for high-temperature baking at 80°C for customer selection.
